I am a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  I am known for providing steady leadership, institutional knowledge, and trusted support to executive leadership, branch teams, and external partners. My role centers on connecting people and processes, resolving issues efficiently, and enabling the organization to operate at its highest level.

At American Liberty Mortgage, I serve as a primary liaison across branch offices in Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas. In this role, I oversee NMLS updates, ensuring regulatory integrity in a dynamic and highly complex   and changing environment.

I’m known for providing steady support, deep institutional knowledge, and trusted support to executive teams, branch operations, and external partners alike. Connecting people and processes, resolving issues proactively, and enabling the organization to operate with maximum efficiency and cohesion.

Beyond my professional commitments, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for B.I.O.N.I.C. (Believe It Or Not I Care). I’ve been actively involved with the organization for more than 21 years, contributing both as a volunteer and through leadership roles since before its formal nonprofit designation. B.I.O.N.I.C. empowers students to create compassionate, resilient school communities—helping them build empathy and leadership skills they’ll carry into their future endeavors.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and sharing life with my beloved dogs. My personal mission is simple yet powerful: to spread kindness and love—because it costs nothing but can change everything.
