Marchel Ray

Every strong team has someone who quietly holds it all together. At American Liberty Mortgage, that person is Marchel Ray, our Office Manager and the glue behind the scenes.

With more than 28 years in the mortgage industry, Marchel is the steady hand that keeps everything moving. She connects people and processes, spots issues before most of us know they exist, and serves as the primary liaison across our branch offices in Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas. She also oversees our NMLS updates, keeping the regulatory side airtight in an industry that never stops changing. When a file moves smoothly, a question gets answered fast, or a problem quietly disappears, there is a very good chance Marchel is the reason.

Her care for people does not stop at the office door. Marchel serves on the Board of Directors for B.I.O.N.I.C. (Believe It Or Not I Care), an organization she has been part of for more than 21 years, helping students build compassionate, resilient school communities. Outside of work you will find her gardening, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing life with her beloved dogs. Her personal mission says it all: spread kindness and love, because it costs nothing but can change everything.
